Component 2 (25\%) - Practical Tasks - Housekeeping Team Member Development Plan In this scenario you are the housekeeping manager at the 4 Hotel Trinity and have been tasked to create a training development program for new housekeeping staff. In this task you are required to produce an 8week training plan as part of the induction process for new housekeeping team members. This training plan must include: - A welcome introduction for the new team member. - A timetable of training activities for the 8 weeks. - A clear description the training activities you will undertake to ensure the new team members are able to perform all tasks associated with their job role. - Safety training such as fire safety, COSHH, health and safety etc. - An appropriate branding and logos for Hotel Trinity. You must ensure this plan is designed in a table format and can be easily understood by the new housekeepit team member.
