In Lansing Matias needs to work with the outbound leadership team to ensure KPIs are being met on a consistent basis, helping Evan hold his team accountable for ensuring we do more with less by coaching and developing the team to perform well consistently. I would also like to see Matias implement better checks and balances as it relates to Aged WTs, exceptions, mispicks/overages/shortages. The outbound team is lacking on that area and can use his support. Also, I would like to see Matias challenge leadership in Lansing and Melrose to identify root cause on stock discrepancies especially as it relates to high dollar and serialized products. We have a GREAT dashboard tool to see where we are struggling operationally (cost to touch) with vendors and or product. Looking at 2024, where did we struggle with adjustments? How can we reduce stock adjustments as it relates to the top contributing family groups and products? 20% - Mueller 17% - RCD 10% - Carrier There is certainly low hanging fruit here.
