compose an email to Warehouse Managers that all issues need to go through Matias firstbefore HR. HR is busy as they are dealing with the whole organization not just warehouse ops. Tardiness/Early Leave Attendance Violation of Company Policy Performance Misconduct Violation of Safety Rules all need to be reported to Matias and I and we will escalate to HR. This does not mean that associates are not allowed to go to HR. We ask them to follow the chain of command and if it makes its way to HR I will ask Maria and Tamaya to vet it and send it back our way if it doesnt warrant them getting involved.
