Engagement $($Q$10$Q$21)$

Organizational Commitment $($Q$22$Q$27)$

Performance $($Q$35$Q$38)$

For each, use the AVERAGE function to calculate a mean score for each respondent.

Example $($Supervisor Commitment$)$:

$=$AVERAGE$($B$2$:G$2)$

if Q$2$ is in column B and Q$7$ is in column G$.$

Adjust the column references for Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Performance.
