Computer Programs 2.1. There are a variety of computer programs that you can use to store your businesses records. You will need a program for your financial information and your business information, and you could use a customer management, stock control or a program specifically made for Dental Laboratories. Research: 2 options for a financial program 2 options for storing your business records 2 options for another type of program (can be a customer management, stock control or a program specifically made for Dental Labs) that you could use. In your research, you need to find out: The price of the program The system requirements needed by the program Pros and cons for your business. Once you have completed your research you need to select 1 of the program that you will use for your business and give the reasons for your choice. Physical Record Storage 3.1. Even though most of your records will be digital, you will still need some storage for physical documents. Decide what type of storage you will need and research two products that will suit your business' needs. Once you have completed your research you need to select the item that you will use for physical record storage of your business and give the reasons for your choice. (i) As the Lab will be getting a new 3Shape CAD CAM system, what effect will this have on the record-keeping systems? (ii) What technology will be required to run the programs for these systems and the other computer programs you have selected?
