Case Study Scenario :

AnaBurger App is a mobile application for food ordering in Anaburger Caf$$ in Kangar. Customers can us their mobile devices to place their food orders conveniently, and the management of the cafe can also use the mobile device to update the food menu. Basically, there are $4$ types of users of this application. They are customers, staff, administrators, and riders.

This application requires all the users to log in by entering their phone number and password. Customers are required to select the method of the order which is delivery or dine$-$in$.$ Customers have to enter the location and complete the delivery address if they choose the delivery method. Customers are allowed to make orders by choosing their desired menus. Then, the chosen menus will be added to the cart. After that, they have to choose the place order menu. The customer can select either credit$/$debit cards or online transactions in the payment methods. The information regarding the bank's name is mandatory to choose before continuing to the next step. The receipt of the payme nt will be downloaded by the customer for reference.

The customer also is allowed to cancel and edit the order if necessary after $15$ minutes of submitting the order and making payment. The staff shall accept all the orders in the application. The orders will be approved by the staff and he$/$she will update the status of the order in the application as well. The approval orders will be accepted by the riders too if the method chosen is delivery. Castomers also can track their order status via the app. They'll be notified via SMS of their delivery status too.

The administrator is responsible to m unage staff registration info via the app. He$/$she also is responsible to update the menus and any promotion : in the app. The customers also have the option to give any feedback via the app if necessary after submittlig thelr order.
