Conceptual model. Suppose you want to design a database for a high school athletic club. You want to keep track of the students participating and how well they perform. You also want to know something about the teams on which they play (e.g., number of games per season, etc.), as well as coaches and parent volunteers. Create a conceptual model using either an entity-relationship diagram or a crows foot diagram. State any assumptions that you make. Make sure the diagram is complete. Use a drawing tool for your diagram (visio, ppt).
