Conclusions It is clear from this research that this sample is representative of the entire country's population. The scatterplot, histogram, and summary statistics show that there is a small difference between the national population and the sample. Based on a home's square footage, projections about its future listing price can be made using the regression equation. This sample, according to the scatterplot, exactly matches my predictions. Outliers were not at all problematic in our sample. Maybe the trendline and scatterplot's association would change in a different sample with bigger outliers, which would have a significant impact on the summary statistics. It would be interesting to look at median dollars per square foot in future study to see whether that has an impact on the median listing price
