Conduct a needs assessment to determine where training is most needed for the organization for a trash company. Write up your needs assessment as a paper of $5$ to $7$ pages in length. The needs assessment has five steps that should be outlined in your paper:

Needs Assessment $($collecting and analyzing data$)$: Describe the instrument you used to collect data, and what you learned from the data. Your instrument may be a survey, personal interviews, or other data. If you use personal interviews, you must describe who you interviewed and what information you learned from the interview. Copies of all instruments and transcripts of interviews must be provided as appendices to the paper.

Design $($program objectives, plan, measures of success$)$: Describe the objectives of the proposed training program, your plan for making it a reality, and how you will measure success of the program.

Testing $($prototype the instrument and process$)$: Describe what methods of testing you will use to determine if the training is successful.

Implementation $($collection measures and updating as needed$)$: Determine a timeline and plan for implementation of the training program.

Analysis and Evaluation $($review feedback and data collected$)$: Analyze all the data you have collected and determine how the project is progressing so far, what you have learned, and what challenges you will need to overcome moving forward.
