Conduct a separate forecasting analysis based on Consumables, PPE, and others (everything else into one category), use some of the forecasting techniques that you learnt and apply those, use error analysis to identify the best forecasting method when comparing more than one method and provide recommendation for future orders for each category. Unit of analysis can either be a week (52 data points in a year) or bi-weekly (26 data points)
