(a) copyingand pasting the review and/or provide a link to it

(b) discuss what conditions described in the review would put the facility on notice of dangerous or misleading food items/service/conditions;

(c) indicate what the facility could have done as a course of action to 'correct' the issue;

(d) draft a model 'response' to the guest who left the review or, if a manager all ready left a response, critique how they approached the problem.
