Configure Local Storage

$1.$ Start the server virtual machine and log in with the Administrator account. In the Server Manager app, open the Disk

Management tool. $($Tools $>$ Computer Management $>$ Disk Management$)$

$2.$ At the bottom, right$-$click drive C: and shrink the volume by $5120$ MB$.$ Part of Disk $0$ should now show as Unallocated.

$3.$ Shut down the server $($press the Windows key, then use the On$/$Off icon, and select Other $$ Unplanned as the reason for

the shutdown$).($Important: if you just close the VM$$s window without shutting down, Step #$3$a$/$b will not work.$)$ Now,

use the Settings of VirtualBox $($or VMware Workstation Player$)$ to add two hard drives. The following shows how to do

this in VirtualBox:

$4.$ In VirtualBox, main screen, with your VM highlighted but not running, click Settings $>$ Storage.
