Write a conflict case you experience or you witness in your life preferable professionally but it can be any social conflict including national and international etc. This case is a major assignment of your course carries 20 Marks. LAST DATE 23 July, 2020. Submit your assignment online through students' portal. Case should include following headings: Write short but comprehensive 1- Short description of organization, if conflict is related to organization level or between organization: No need to explain vision, mission, objectives etc etc. just shortly describe what is organization all about. 2- Description of conflict 3- Description of parties involve in conflict 4- What was the latent conflict in the situation? 5- What was the manifest conflict in the situation 6- Consequences of conflict 7- Whether the case was managed 8- Identify level and type of conflict 9- In your opinion, how situation should have been handled? 10- What is the lesson learnt in this case
