Connect the pneumatics (10%)and draw the physical ladder logic (10%)for the system below. Let solenoids A,C,and E retract their respective cylinders. The system is to operate as follows:
When START push button is pressed cylinder 1(Cyl 1)extends until limit switch SwA is made.
Then, cylinder )extends until switch Sw-C is made.
When Sw-C is made cylinder 2(Cyl2)extends until switch Sw-B is made.
After that, all cylinders retract.
If Sw-B is not made within 10seconds from the time Sw-C is made, the three cylinders will retract and an alarm will sound. Use a RESET push button to reset the alarm. When finished, the operation can be started again by pressing START push button.
At the beginning, all of the cylinders are at their retracted positions. (HINT: you may use NO,NC or double-throw switches, relays, time delay relays etc. as you find fit.)
