Consider a process you are familiar with in which you can apply the six steps in continuous process improvement. Select something simple (This can be as simple as how you can decrease the time it takes to get ready for work each day.) , but remember you have to record data on the current state and the improved state. Describe the problem, then discuss how you applied the process. What were your results? What would you change about the methods you used?

Continuous Process 6 Steps:

1.Select the process to be studied

2.Record the existing method to collect the necessary data in a useful form.

3. Analyze the recorded data to generate alternative improved methods.

4.Develop the best method of doing the work by evaluating the alternatives.

5.Implement the method as standard practice by training the operator.

6.Maintain the new method.
