The boxes will be then sent to the queue and wait for next step. The next step after queue is a processor performs CNC machining. The CNC machines does not require setup but the processing time of machine follows uniform distribution with lower and upper bounds of 5 and 8 minutes respectively. Finally boxes are collected by sink. There is a transporter (lift truck) that is used to transport finished boxes to the sink Simulate the model explained above using FlexSim.
