Consider a road construction project having four construction or bid items. The bid items and estimated \ quantities provided by the project owner are tabulated in the following Table. Also, a contractor plans \ to bid on this project and did the investigation on the bid documents, such as design drawings. The \ contractor finds out that the owners quantities have mistakes.
