Consider the Point class that we developed previously. It makes no sense to create a Point with String values or invalid values, but it is not clear what to do if the constructor is called with String values.

Modify the constructor to raise a ValueError exception if either x-coordinate value is invalid or y-coordinate is invalid or both.
