1. For the activities mentioned in the WBS, put approximate duration and mark the predecessors.

Create at least two task dependencies (Finish to Start, Finish to Finish, Start to Start) between the tasks. Note that there should be at least two tasks that would be running concurrently.

Then Draw a project network diagram and identify the critical path.

2. Identify and list down the possible risks for the project, classify the risks into High, Medium and Low Risks. Give justification for your classification. What responses (Mitigate, Avoid, transferetc) You will develop for these risks and why?
