Question: Consider two processes A and B each with sample size of n = 5 Process A: Mean = 100 Sample Standard deviation = 3 Process

  1. Consider two processes A and B each with sample size of n = 5

Process A: Mean = 100 Sample Standard deviation = 3

Process B: Mean = 105 Sample Standard deviation = 1

Specifications are 100 +/- 10,

a) Find the process standard deviations

b) Calculate Cp and Cpk for each process and interpret these ratios

c) Find the percentage of production outside the specification limits

I need help finding the answer for C, I already solved a & b . PLEASE make sure the solution is legible and the steps taken are clear. I have had multiple solutions that were nearly impossible to understand. Once again PART C!!! I DO NOT NEED HELP WITH A AND B.
