To construct the user flow diagram for the OWL OneStop Shop, I designed four main components based on the CRUD operations for each subsystem. Here's a summary of each component's flow:

Courses Catalog

Create: Staff initiates course creation by entering details like course name, CRN$/$ID$,$ description, and prerequisites.

Read: Staff and students view all courses and specific details, enabling browsing by category or course ID$.$

Update: Staff can modify any course details, which is essential for keeping course information current.

Delete: Staff can remove a course from the catalog, useful for courses that are no longer offered.

Students Management

Create: Admissions staff add newly admitted students, including their personal information and classification.

Read: Authorized staff and students can view student profiles, including academic standing and personal details.

Update: Staff update student information, such as status changes or contact updates.

Delete: Students are removed from the system upon withdrawal, probation, or other administrative actions.

Schedule Builder

Create: Students enroll in available courses and receive confirmation of their schedule.

Read: Students can view detailed information about enrolled courses, such as course name, CRN$/$ID$,$ and schedule.

Update: Students or staff can modify time slots or days if course rescheduling is required.

Delete: Students may drop courses, which updates their schedule and removes the course from their view.

Extra: Google Books API integration allows students to search and view required course materials for each enrolled class.

Programs$/$Majors

Create: Staff add new programs and majors to the system.

Read: Students and staff can view all available programs, including details for each major.

Update: Staff modify program details to reflect any curriculum changes.

Delete: Staff remove outdated or discontinued programs from the system.
