Just like we did in class: for each step list: customer(s), outputs, suppliers(s), inputs, ways to measure success (2pts)

Use the drawing toolbar. use AutoShapes/Flowchart to select appropriate shapes. Once you have created a shape, right click on it and select "add text" to insert the description of process step. List the supporting information under each step using a text box and select the "no line" property under formatting.

Fill the process steps that add value green and fill all others yellow.
