Construct a Project Plan

Draw a project plan based upon a software development project of your own creation. It should follow these guidelines:

A) Be drawn in landscape format and be based upon the class SDLC document

B) Be by phase per the SDLC order

C) Contain three tasks (activities) per phase. The tasks should be specific to your project, not generic. E.g. Write the Edit User Entered Web page program, not Write program.

D) Each task/activity should specify a product/deliverable

E) Each task should have the major responsible person/party named plus any others involved in the task

F) Provide a time frame, i.e.

i. Task beginning and ending dates

ii. The number of person days required for the task
