For each school, we keep track of the unique ID, name, head, and extension number. For each student category, we keep track of the unique ID and type. We keep track of the unique ID, name, and country for each international student but unique ID and date only for each local student.

Each school has at least one student but can have many students; each student registers under only one school. Each student belongs to one category; each student category can only have many local students or international students but does not have to have any.
