Construct ER diagram using MS visio, web-based ticket reservation system for stadiums Given that :- 1) User Registration :- The first step of the system is user registration , Where the spectator enters her personal information and receives a confirmation code via email. The system stores this information in a database. 2) Stadium Information :- The system stores information about various stadiums and their venues. This information is updated regularly and can be searched by users . 3) Ticket Information :- The system stores Information about different matches and the avilable seats for each match. This information is upload in real - time as tickets are purchased and reserved. 4) Ticket Purchase and Reservation :- Spectators can purchase tickets for a match online and choose from the different types of seats ( regular VIP ,or special ).They can also reserve a ticket by paying a 10% deposit and pay the rest of the fee before the match 5) Ticket Discounts :-The system offers discounts for seasonal and annual passes. The user must specify the desired seat number for these types of passes and the seat cannot be changed later. 6) Ticket Returns :- The system allows users to return their tickets up to 24 hours before the match .The return penalty is 10% up to one week before the match and 20% after that up to 24 hours before the match 7) Search Functionality :- The system allows users to search for available seats for a particular match based on different parameters such as sections (regular or VIP), seat numbers , and date. 8) Logging :- The system logs all purchase , reservations , and returns and providers a search, functionality for stadium officials to view the records based on various parameters such as game date, ticket price, and sport type.
