Constructive and Destructive Conflict Conflict is not something that is necessarily negative $$ it can be both constructive and destructive $($de Beer & Roussouw, $2012)$: $$ Constructive conflict $$ leads to clarification and helps to release any stress and emotion. When conflicting parties understand each other, they use conflict as a tool to build cooperation and trust. $$ Destructive conflict $$ separates groups from each other and increases their differences. The different parties believe that their way is the right way which leads to each group developing negative feelings towards the other group. Please elaborate with examples.
