Consumer Misbehavior

This activity is important because both firms and consumers have an obligation to behave in an ethical and socially responsible manner. Unethical consumer behavior during the exchange process and throughout the use and disposal of products is cause of concern for firms and society as a whole.

The goal of this exercise is for you to recognize the difference between ethical$/$responsible consumer behavior and unethical$/$irresponsible consumer behavior.
