On the one hand you may be quite dissatisfied with the effectiveness of your organisations.

On the other, you may regard it as well$-$performing $-$ until you examine it more closely.

This exercise requires that you critically examine your own organisation as a case study and provide a change management strategy.$$

Assignment

This assignment is divided into three equal parts.$$

Part A $-$ provide a critical review of the present state of your organisation. In this review, focus on the issues raised in the module material.$$

Part B $-$ identify a strategic medium$-$term $(3-5$ years$)$ change goal for your organisation based on Part A$.$

Part C $-$ provide a change process to achieve the objectives identified in Part B$.$

In performing this analysis, you need pay close attention to the various module and unit outcomes. These will guide you as to the areas you need to emphasise in your paper.
