continue editing: An equal balance is everything because those rulings affect "everyone" in our country & can disrupt the ability to maintain a legal foundation of purposeful success. When it comes to judges & our judicial branch of government, I'm able to put all politics aside & only focus on the entire picture of how important it is to make judicial decisions based on legal facts, jurisdictional understanding & respect for the balance of powers. When judges are allowed, supported & bribed to rule on political issues & the entire country can see it outright as they get away with it. Well, not only does it hinder faith in our judicial system, but it terrifies legal professionals who live and breathe the understanding of non-biased rules of law & when that foundation is shattered, allowed & accepted. It sets a precedent that other judicial decision-making officials can do the same, even though they, along with everyone else in the legal field, know how unethical & illegal it is. It doesn't matter what side you are on; all that matters is that "zero" sides are allowed to break the rules. The entire purpose of the law is to balance all power to adhere to everyone in the society they govern, period
