On the same day, Mr Dumoulin signed a permanent employment contract with VOLTER.

During the negotiations leading up to the sale of his company, Mr Dumoulin undertook to remain with the company for at least 5 years in order to help it develop and to introduce his successors to his customers.

However, Mr Dumoulin had no intention of staying.

On 20 July 2023, he sent a letter of resignation stating that he wished to enjoy his retirement now.

Having failed to support the shareholders in their takeover of RAMA, the company is unable to develop its customer base and is losing customers.

It intends to take legal action against Mr Dumoulin.
