Through this course you will take part in two rounds of negotiations:

Simple negotiation in the first class with only the knowledge of the law you knew prior to class.

More complex negotiation after all the class materials have been presented and discussed.

The objective: to take the time to reflect on both negotiations, what worked, what didnt work, what was your actions, how the negotiations were different/same, and what are some of the concepts that you saw in your negotiation that you will take away from this course.

Length: No longer than 2 pages.

Format: Students choice
