You can use your text to serve as inspiration for each category of the contract should you get stuck.

20 marks in total, 1 mark for each category well discussed in the contract. (Please note: the "quantity or quality" will depend on the nature of the contract, as many categories such as "deposit" would depend on conditions and warranties applicable to your choice of contract and its intended purpose)
