Situation: LET'S ANALYZE EQUALITY EQUITY We are in an F2F class. You are 30 students, but we only have 15 chairs in the room. Chairs in school brittle (obviously) it gets easily broken and can't be replaced as we please. The CHAIRS now become a term in economics that we call a SCARE RESOURCE. Admin can't replace them instantly because it would take a month in the process to have new chairs. It is not up to us to decide what to do and locate who will have chairs and for how long. Suggestion: In devising a system for the given activity, you may want also to consider the concept of EQUITY VS EQUALITY
