Convert Money to individual denominations (JAVA)

The user needs to enter the total number of quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies on an imaginary box. These will be entered through a computer terminal. Print the total value of the coins in the imaginary box. Output the fewest number of each bill and coin that is needed to complete the amount. You need to start with the highest ( a 50 dollar bill is the maximum). You can print the zero values or omit them.

In other words, an example:

Example: user enters $46.62

The program should print :

0 fifty dollar bills

2 twenty dollar bills

0 ten dollar bills

1 five dollar bills

1 one dollar bills

2 quarters

1 dimes

0 nickels

2 pennies
