Core Assessment Comprehensive Project

This core assessment project will be a culmination of learning throughout the length of the course. The assessment allows you to discover your personal leadership$/$followership$/$team member style, recognize individual potential, and understand how to exercise that potential realistically. This project constitutes active learning knowledge $-$ knowledge that is in constant development.

Using one of the resources provided $($Microsoft Sway or Word Press$),$ you will create an online presentation and personal story or even a personal website$/$blog$.$

This is your opportunity to shine and showcase lessons learned about your personal leadership$/$followership$/$team member style with references to the advantages$/$disadvantages and goals.

Caution: This project is not an autobiography, nor is it a project about the topic of leadership and teams. It is a creative and interactive project analyzing your personality's strengths and weaknesses regarding your personal leadership and followership style, and team member skills.

The project must include the following sections to be completed:

General opening on leadership, followership, and teams.

The findings from some of the assessments $($the most meaningful to you$).$

Analysis of your strengths and weaknesses according to the results of the assessments and personal reflections.

What you think you might do with this information to better prepare you for your future.

A general conclusion.
