Corporate responsibility is an important part of how things and services are made.  Managers have to think about how the goods and services they make affect people and the environment in which they work.

 

Let's see if you, as a buyer, care about what companies do right.  If a company has a good image for being socially responsible, are you more likely to buy their products? Which thing? When would it stop making a difference?  Here's an easy example: how much more would you pay for a soda from a company with a good reputation than from one with a bad one?
