correct grammar. This individual report is my teamwork reflection in working the project module II on Balances and Optimization. The combined ideas and effort of my teammate (Paulina) and I was a great deal of teamwork because we developed a plan before we started our module project. The first strategy was the identification of our goals which was to optimize the maximum profit by blending crude oil 2 and crude oil3. However, we realized that optimization required four mass balance equations in order to achieve optimization. The second strategy was brainstorming, both of us contributed different ideas on how to do the MATLAB codes. Beforehand, we used the Chemical Elementary Engineering book as a refresher on how to do mass balances
