Sonia Hasler works as sales assistant for Renner LLC. She has been working for Renner LLC for one and a half years.

a. On 15 July, Sonia has a car accident, and will not be able to work for at least six months. The Renner LLC urgently needs someone doing Sonia's job, and would like to terminate the employment relationship with Sonia. When does the employment relationship end, if the Renner LLC gives notice on 28 July?

b. Let's assume Renner LLC gives notice on 10 July. On 15 July, Sonia has the car accident mentioned above. When does the employment relationship end?
