Could someone explain how to respond to the question below in an educated manner?

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. In most training sessions, participants enter with different levels of what they know. I have discovered if I have some participants where the course is a refresher, I might pair them with someone who has little knowledge.

Do you believe something like this would work for your training sessions? If so, how?
