You are the team leader of a processing team in ABC Factory. Dominic Smith is a machine operator on your team. His most recent performance review identified that he needs to improve in the following areas:

use of machinery safeguards

team relationships

compliance to machinery timings and speed settings

understanding the impact of his role on the other roles in the processing team

management of his timeliness and compliance with break times.

Suggest the types of training and development activities that you would discuss with Dominic to help facilitate improvement in these areas and solve these problems.
