Coursework Title: Managing Sneakers Task Details/Description: This assignment is based on a scenario for the imaginary company 'Sneakers'. You will be assigned to a group and over six weeks, you will have to compete with other groups to take your company ahead of the other in the competition. Your mark is determined based on the following: 1- The overall performance of the group - 25% of the total mark. This will be done based on how well the group performs in their designated market compared to others. The simulation will rank groups and marks will be allocated accordingly. 2- The individual performance in the group - 25% of the total mark. This will be based on the average mark that a student receives from their peers. Please include your marks for your group members at the end of your reflective report. If you fail to do so, you will lose the mark for this element 3- The individual reflective report - 50% of the total mark (500 words) This individual reflective report will be 500 words and will address the following questions: a) How did you work as a team to tackle this project?
