In terms of what this particular matrix tells us is that Nike should hold and maintain its position. Nike should continue to invest heavily into its research and development as well as keeping its focus on increasing market penetration. According this matrix Nike should also continue with its aggressive cost management. Nike should follow the results of this matrix as well as the results of a BCG matrix in order know their current state of expectations as well as the expectations of the future(Max-Pedia,para. 10).
