Could the programmer re$-$use the same function object from above to collect all lines typed until one with a single $\text{'}.\text{'}$ character alone were entered? If so$,$ show how. If not, what would be necessary to use a Sum class object to perform such a task? $($Note: This same mechanism is used in the email system to collect a message being sent $\text{'}$on$-$the$-$fly' such that we don't know ahead of time how many lines$/$characters make it up$.)$
