Count By

Problem

Write a recursive function called count$\_$by that takes an integer as a parameter. Return the result of recursively counting by ten as many times as the parameter.

Expected Output

If you test your function with the following code:

# test code below if $\_\_$name$\_\_=="\_\_$main$\_\_"$: example$\_$num $=1$ print$($count$\_$by$($example$\_$num$))$

It should produce the output:

$10$

What does if $\_\_$name$\_\_=="\_\_$main$\_\_"$: mean?
