COUNTER LOOPS IN PYTHON:

Create an accumulator to store the total score of all students. There are six students in the class.

Create accumulators to store the number of students who scored an aggregate letter grade of C- and above.

For each student, the system should:

- Give the user the ability to enter the grades (out of 100%) scored in 5 subjects

- Find the average score for the five subjects (hint: set up an accumulator inside the outer loop but outside the inner loop)

- Check the student's average against the table above to determine the student's aggregate letter grade

-Print out the student's name, percent grades in the five subjects, average percent grade, and letter grade.

Print the following for the entire class: number of students who scored aggregate letter grade of C- and above; overall class average.
