Instructions: Select1 of the following 4 questions and respond to each in a well-organized essay response.   1. Naturalist thinkers proposed that the basic principles governing both domestic and international law derive from natural law. Humans merely have to discover and understand these laws. Explain to what extent (i) domestic law and (ii) international law be attributed to natural law?

  1. Explore at least three similarities and three differences between Canadian law and international law. Ensure you fully contrast the two types of law and explain the similarities and differences.   1. Former Chief Justice Bora Laskin said that the law should be a reflection of the attitudes and morals of society. If this is true, are our laws at the domestic level and international level, an appropriate reflection of society today? Explain.
