If the book is available, the customer shall give purchase order. The order will be processed by a process. The order will be processed by taking book information from the book file and the customer information from the customer info file. The processed order is assembled by a process assemble order and sent to warehouse and at the same time the invoice is created. This invoice is verified by sending a copy to the customer. If the invoice is ok from the customer side, it is added to the account receivable file. When the customer makes the payment, the account receivable file is updated with the payment and information and a copy of invoice is sent to the warehouse. On receiving the payment information and invoice the warehouse creates the shipment. The shipment is verified and sent to the customer. After sending the shipment the warehouse sends request to update the book info file Tasks Read the given case study carefully and do the following tasks: 1 Using a pen and paper to neatly draw a context diagram and a Level O DFD for the given case study. 2 Please add the boundary of the system. 3 Check the correctness of name notations and labels for all elements of DFD [for more information, please refer to lab2]. 4 Then, using Online Visual Paradigm editor or any other editor to create the context diagram and the Level 0 DFD based what you have done in the task1. 5 In a word document, please take screenshots for the Context diagram and level-O DFD from the online editor.
