Compose an email by using the information provided below. Follow the steps of email writing and suppose names, addresses, and other necessary details.

Your company sells flower arrangements and gift baskets. Holidays are always a rush, and the overworked staff makes the occasional mistake. Last week, somebody made a big one. As a furious email message from a customer named Ali Sherafghan explains, he ordered a birthday bouquet for his wife, but the company sent a bereavement arrangement instead.

(Bereavement arrangement is a floral arrangement made on funerals also known as sympathy/condolence flower arrangement.)

Your task: Respond to Sherafghans email message, apologizing for the error, promising to refund all costs that Sherafghan incurred, informing him that the correct arrangement will arrive tomorrow (and he wont be charged anything for it), and offering Sherafghan his choice of any floral arrangement or gift basket for free on his wifes birthday.
