COURSE: DATABASE

Consider that you are asked to design an entity relationship diagram based on the below scenarios:

A hospital with a set of patients and a set of medical doctors. Each patient associate with a log of number of tests and examination conducted. Each test is performed by a doctor. this database can be modelled as three entity sets Test(test_ID, test_name, date, time, result), Patient(ID, name, DB, registration_date) and Doctor(ID, name, specialisation)
