As an administrator, his/ her responsibility is to maintain existing levels of business and as an entrepreneur, he/ she ensures efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns. Resources at the managers disposal are limited so the success of a business depends to a large extent on how he/ she chooses and uses the best technology, services, facilities. Managerial effectiveness is what leads to an organization becoming agile, quickly adapting to the business environment that is in a constant state of flux.
